Time Frame
You've got a window of 30 days from the date of your purchase to decide if you want to return something. After that, unfortunately, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
For us to accept a return, the item has to be unused and still in its original packaging. Plus, it needs to be in the same condition you got it in.
Stuff that Can’t Be Returned
Now, there are a few things that can't be returned, like perishable goods (think food or flowers), anything intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable stuff. Also, there are some items that just can't be returned, like gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items.
What We Need from You
To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. And please, don't send your stuff back to the manufacturer – they won’t know what to do with it!
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we might only be able to give you a partial refund. Like if you return a book that’s clearly been read, or if an item isn't in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
How Refunds Work
Once we get your returned item and give it the once-over, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know we’ve got it. Then, we’ll give you the nod on whether your refund is approved or not. If it is, we'll automatically credit your original method of payment. Just give it a few days to show up.
Missing Refunds
If you’re keeping an eye on your bank account and the refund seems to be taking a vacation, first double-check with your bank. Sometimes these things take a bit of time. If you’re still in the dark, hit up your credit card company or bank, and if all else fails, drop us a line at [email address].
Sale Items
Sale items are a bit different. Only regular-priced items can be refunded, sorry. Sale items are final sale, so make sure you’re really feeling it before you hit the checkout button.
Exchanges
If you need to swap something out because it’s defective or damaged, shoot us an email at [email address]. We’ll get you sorted out and tell you where to send the item back to.
Gift Returns
If you got something as a gift and need to return it, you’ll get a gift credit once we get the item back. If the gift-giver was sneaky and had it shipped to them first, they’ll find out about the return and we’ll sort out the refund with them.
Shipping Returns
To send your item back to us, just pop it in the mail and send it to [physical address]. You’re on the hook for the shipping costs, though, and unfortunately, those won’t be refunded. Depending on where you are, it might take a bit for your exchanged product to reach you.
